[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Access the https://www.facebook.com/ webpage and Log In.
3. Access the https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=moto%20racer%203d weblink.
4. Open the game in a new tab.
5. Wait a couple of seconds until the tab loads.
6. Focus the opened tab.
7. Observe that the audio is no longer outputted.
[Expected result]:
After switching to the opened video tab, the audio is properly played back.
[Actual result]:
After following the up mentioned steps two actual results can be observed:
1. The Play tab indicator appears after loading the game in a new tab but after focusing the opened tab, the audio is not outputted and the Play Button is still displayed.
2. The Play tab indicator is not being displayed and after switching to the opened tab, the audio is not being outputted but the Mute Tab button is displayed.

Bug 1347758 can also fix that.

We have retested this issue using latest Firefox Nightly and I can confirm that this works as expected.

With bug 1352014, block-autoplay is disabled on 54, so set 54 unaffected.
