When you use IME to type Hiragana characters in Editor and you try to delete the characters before you hit enter,
you have to hit Backspace key twice at the last character to delete.

Steps of reproduce
1. Open Editor by selecting menu Task|Editor
2. Turn on IME and change to Zenkaku Hiragana mode
3. Type ”あああああ" (at this time, do not hit Enter to commit the characters yet)
4. Use Backspace to delete all characters
When you delete the last "あ" to delete, you have to hit Backspace twice.

This is not right behavior.
Tested 9-9-99 Win32 build.

Summary: [IME/rule][IME-DELETE] Deleting undefined hiragana characters does not work correctly → [IME/rule][IME-DELETE] Deleting unconverted hiragana characters does not work correctly
I meant that Undefined is unconverted characters.

Teruko say this is different from 13576. This happened in the FEP (before the IME commit) . Change [IME-DELETE] to [IME-InsertIMETextTxn]
Frank and I have a fix for this. He should be checking it in soon.
