Hunspell is currently at version 1.6.0 in mozilla-central, and the latest version of the library released is 1.6.1. 

I fetched the latest version of the library from https://github.com/hunspell/hunspell/.

Update Hunspell to version 1.6.1

Not worth getting into 53 at this point, but would be nice to pick up the regressin fixes for 54 still.
