STR:
1. Install latest RTL build of Nightly
2. Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
3. Insert any query and hit Search, so the autocomplete would remember your input
4. Repeat step 2
5. Click the same textbox from step 3, don't type anything
6. Drag the page around and see the autocomplete suggestions' position in the UI

AR:
The autocomplete box is stuck on the right side of the screen, and does not follow the textbox when the textbox appears at the left side of the sceen.

ER:
It should follow the textbox anywhere.
This works fine on LTR builds.
