Details

When I visit an article while not logged in, it takes an average of 3.61 seconds to load. We need to get the load time to under 2 seconds to minimize user frustration.
Webpagetest result: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/170329_ZM_SXN/ The "make Firefox the default" article took 4.5 seconds.
