Steps to reproduce:
I changed the name in an address entry (in the German version). Then there appeared two identical entries in the list. -- I assumed the other one had been there before, and deleted one of the two.
Actual results:
Then both entries disappeared, the mail address was lost!
Expected results:
One of the two entries should have continued to exist.

You're talking about entries in a mailing list, right? Sadly, we have plenty of bugs in that area, see meta-bug 758969.

It's not clear what this was really about, and if such problem would still exist in 102 (which I doubt), better to file a new bug.
For mailing lists, the closest we have is bug 1799368.
