Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
2. Select Edit | Fill in Form
3. Click on the down arrow of any drop down menu
Expected Results: The menu drops down.
Actual Results: The menu drops down, but the rest of the dialog window disappears!
I've noticed this for the past few nightly builds, including 2002040403, on
Windows 98.

I can't reproduce this with a trunk cvs build from last night. Maybe tpreston
can.
