This is only in the legacy perf. front, and that is only needed for servers running 42 or earlier, which we no longer need to support.

Let's try to remove it.

The legacy performance path supports servers running Firefox 42 and earlier.
Now that Firefox OS is no longer supported, there's no reason to keep this
around.

This all looks reasonable to me. I didn't think it would be this easy to remove the legacy fronts, but I can't see where anything is missing.. The test run is pretty noisy, and the perf tests scare me for being unreliable, but nothing looks like it's failing.
