Details

There are several new keyword values we need to support for SVG in OpenType. The spec is https://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/svg.htm

And also we need to support using gfx.font_rendering.opentype_svg.enabled pref to disable it.
I filed a servo bug long ago that is probably a subset of this bug, which is servo/servo#15211.
