Build ID: 20170125172221
Steps to reproduce:
There are quite a few topics in a prolific news (RSS) feed I read that I would consider 'junk' (e.g. "sports" news).
It would be great if Thunderbird kept a separate Junk filter that I could train on a per-feed basis. It would need to be separate since what I consider junk email is very different from what I consider junk news.
Apparently the Junk filter used to be enabled on feeds (13 years ago!) but it was removed to solve a problem where new feed items would get marked as spam. The language is spotty in these bugs, seemingly with some key words missing, but that's the gist.

the challenge, to avoid a repeat of bug 270274, is this would likely require a separate training file for RSS. Essentially bug 194914 is needed
