A performance tool able to inspect bottlenecks in CPU/GPU. It is important for the WebVR developers to see if they are submitting frames at 90 Hz and figure out why not.

We're currently migrating to only supporting perf.html through a DevTools recording panel. perf.html can show frame rates through markers, and both the 60fps and 90fps markers are shown last I checked. Let me know if you have more specific needs here. Feel free to file new bugs, or re-open if you have anything specific.
