1357570 - [Kitsune Rollback] Make sure that all new SUMO content for Firefox 53 Works

We are rolling back to Kitsune at 7AM April 19th, we need to make sure any Lithium formatted URLs for new content are re-formatted for Kitsune. Firefox 53 ships tomorrow, April 19th. Usually this process begins 6AM pacific.

Desktop:
The only new article we have for Firefox desktop is: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/firefox-add-technology-modernizing

I've recreated the article in kitsune so it should work in other locales  using the old format (the one above). The add-ons team has not yet hardcoded the link in the UI but they plan to next week.

This is not linked from the UI, but it's a new article. I rewrote it in Kitsune tonight.
