1358190 - Looping video keeps fullscreening itself if you try playing it inline

This one is kind of hard to describe. So I'll just explain the steps. This is an issue that a few people have been complaining about in the App Store reviews.

press play to view the video full screen. 
use the pinch gesture to minimize the video. 

Once the video finishes. It becomes full screen again by itself. And the darn video will keep making itself fullscreen until you tap done or close the tab. 

On a site like reddit where you are scrolling multiple gifs this is super annoying.

Here is some user feedback 

Review: I really appreciate the opportunity to keep a video playing while you switch to another tab functionality that should be there on Safari but for some reason is not present. But there are two problems: 1. when you exit the full screen view (not clicking 'Finish', but closed with your fingers or clicking the appropriate icon) continues with the video playback but the picture stops (try for example on YouTube); 2. Sometimes clicking on 'End' video continues with playing instead of stopping (as it should) and no way to interact with the application until the video ends. As a result, the application crashes completely with video repeatedly as GIF converted and you are forced to close it forcibly
