Details

Given that ./mach build support sub-commands, I think adding a subcommand "help" would be good.

Kinda like bug 995847 added a top-level "help" command as alias for --help.
I'll take that to warm up before working on the l10n mach commands

mach build doesn't support sub-commands. What it supports is passing make targets down to make.
