Details

When the frame list is updated (e.g. new frame are listed, an existent frame as been removed or the frame url has been updated), it would be nice to briefly highlight the frame list button to make the user aware of the changes occurred. This has been explicitly requested for the addon debugging toolbox in Bug 1345920, but it is also a valid point for the other toolbox targets (e.g. local and remote tabs, or local and remote processes) and so we are creating it as a separate request, related to the toolbox bugzilla component instead of the webextensions developer tools bugzilla component.
