1363500 - Remove TestMP4Reader

MP4Reader was removed in bug 1163486. Remove the corresponding gtest.

I don't know if there's any value to porting the current tests to MediaFormatReader. There are tests for MP4Demuxer, but no other test uses mediasource_test.mp4.

Attachment: Bug 1363500 - Remove TestMP4Reader.

The MP4Reader class was removed in bug 1163486, replaced
by MediaFormatReader combined with MP4Demuxer. Bug 1175752
disabled the corresponding gtest, but as the underlying
object is gone, the test should be removed instead.
