1363629 - rewrite test_bug518104.html to not use data: URI

This test uses data:application/javascript inside a data:text/html document, so I seperate this test to an individual bug.

After checking, I could just move the data:application/javascript to a seperate file, so to make it easier I duplicate this to Bug 1363612

So this is not the same problem with bug 1363612, and I'll reopen this.
