Bug 136245: crashes failure to allocate fontmetrics due to low Win9x resources

Both of those bug are null check candidates...
Bug 107545 is a one line fix preventing null values in frame Trunk crash [@
PlaceFrameView]  [@ .__ptr_glue - nsBlockFrame::PostPlaceLine]

It currently has a patch with r=/sr=. Awaiting a=.
