(Whiteboard: aes+)

(This should be considered high priority as it blocks a11y+e10s rollout.) a11y tests involving AccessibleHandler.dll assert and/or fail because that DLL is not registered in the system registry. If those test machines are going to extract Firefox from zip files instead of using the installer, then we need to have the COM registration info for this dll added to the registry ahead of time. Further complicating this is that this DLL's registration information differs depending on release channel, so we will need to add registration info for each of Nightly, Beta, and Release.
We are going to have tests work regardless of this handler being available. See bug 1363221.
