1. Launch SM
2. Menu ˋTools → Add-ons Manager - Extensionsˊ
3. Click a "Legacy" hint
   » Opens Browser TAB for 
     <https://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/webextensions>
     Which does not exist.

a) Related to / depends on: "Bug 1365170 - Drop "Legacy" Hint in Add-ons
   Manager Extensions List"
b) As long as we have the "Legacy" Hint in add ons manager we need an
   explication for what the hint is.
