Details

Steps to reproduce: you need a personal toolbar with folders for this. The buggy
behaviour is triggered by a drag and drop of an address in a folder.
1) Click and hold on 'URL icon' at LH end of address box
2) Drag it to Personal Toolbar and across several folders
3) These folders open but do not close. They can be closed individually by
selecting the folder on the personal toolbar with a mouse click.
Reproducible: always.
What happens: a window full of drop down menus from the personal toolbar, as the
'touched' folders open menus which don't self-close.
What should happen: menus close when the dragged item leaves them.
Additional info: There's a reference to this behaviour in bug 100479 comment 16
so it's run through several builds, but there might not be a bug filed for it
previous to this.
