[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Go to: https://www.youtube.com/
3. Open netmonitor, pick a request from the list and choose "Start performance Analysis..." via context menu.
4. While netmonitor is open resize Firefox. (see the attached screencast)

[Expected result]:
- Chart pie is properly resized and no "Loading" message is displayed.

[Actual result]:
- While Firefox is resized Chart pie displays "Loading" for a few seconds.

Fairly minor issue, we are late in beta, let's mark this fix-optional for 54.
