Details

Since Bug 1359631 has converted play/pause button to using context-fill feature, we should finish up converting the rest of the controls. In additional to performance, I see another advantage of this as we don't need to rely on styling icon inside SVG files.
Duplicate this as all SVG are converted in bug 1374106
