Steps to reproduce:

Open a mail
rightclick "print"
start printing by click on "print"


Actual results:

now my printer starts "printing" thousands of blank sheets


Expected results:

Normally it should print the email.
I've already checked the printer settings and tried to print a PDF with the printer and this works...so this should be a TB problem?
Yes, known problem, see bug 1353625.

Workaround: Set preferences print_paper_height and print_paper_width to -1 for the respective printer. So:
print.XXX.print_paper_height and print.XXX.print_paper_width where XXX is the name of the printer.
Tools > Options > Advanced, General, Config Editor.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
