so a friend of mind somehow lost his personal address book, and it turns out
that his abook.mab was still intact...

so I had to talk him through carefully creating a new address book, then copying
the old abook.mab file on top of abook-1.mab and so forth.. it made me wonder
why "import" didn't have a means to just import an existing mozilla-format
database (i.e. in addition to Netscape 4, outlook, etc) - all the import would
have to do is copy the file over to the current profile directory (if it wasn't
there already) and set up the right prefs
