We have access to crash reporting through Windows error reporting for crashes our crash reporter doesn't pick up. This is a meta I'm putting together to try and get this reporting integrated or hooked into a triage process. We'll also filw bugs here on "live" issue being reported. (Most of these crash deps will probably have to be Mozilla confidential, FYI.)

FYI: The new Windows Dashboard we have access to populates data automatically for anything signed with our Authenticode signing key. So we don't need to do anything to generate metadata.  The new dashboard is significantly nicer than the old one and gives us a lot more data. Talk to sledru for access to the dashboard!
