This meta bug is meant to track the WER crash/hang data effort and any related bugs. Up until now most of the related information has been tracked in [1]. Some initial topics that blocking bugs will need to cover include: * Syncing winqual (and other 3rd party crash data vendors) data/dumps through breakpad * Providing necessary access privileges * Handling of hang dumps * Handling of crash/hang events (without crash dumps) * Syncing filemappings from builds with winqual [1] https://wiki.mozilla.org/Release_Management/WER_Investigation
