Details

We need to start building and testing against API26, and if I understand correctly the IDE support is the first step. Let's get the Android O party started!

I've stumbled into a nice realization: after setting up API26 emulator in AS3, you can run fennec against it from AS2.
We're definitely AS 3.0 compatible now -- in fact, it's required to use Android-Gradle plugin 3.0+ (from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1411654).
