137219 - Clicking on Subscribe/Unsubscribe button for a non-ASCII folder adds extra non-existing folder on the list

With the current build, on Subscribe window, clicking on Subscribe/Unsubscribe 
button for a non-ASCII folder adds extra non-existing folder on the list. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Mail window for an IMAP account with non-ascii folders.
2. Select File | Subscribe
3. Select a non-ascii folder and click on Subscribe or Unsubscribe button, 
you'll see an extra folder on the list. Clicking on OK button to close Subscribe 
window will make that extra folder disappear.

Addtional info:
The extra folder is not actually created. It's just added to the list on the 
dialog. Once the dialog is closed, it doesn't show up any more either on folder 
pane or Subscribe dialog window.
