Details

Prior to the actual release of compare-locales 2.0, we'll want to use it in dashboard automation. This entails the new json format, and the new API. We should do support for toml configs as a separate step, and using multi-product builds, too. We should have file stats on, bug 1365746, but not store them yet. As such, this blocks bug 1365746, and not vice versa.

Moving the dependencies, this is a bit of a mixed bag. I have a WIP patch that proves that I can use the current version. But to actually get the dependencies installed, I need the released version, so now actually depending on that release.
