That's do to the CCleaner 5.31.6104 that erases the pref.js file in Mozilla Thunderbird profile (and in Firefox too)
A new build v5.31.6105 fix this :

Pretty crappy that they touch TB profiles at all.

So are there any ways to resolve this loss of Pref.js file. Maybe the latest Ccleaner Version fixes that problem, but it does not get the lost data back.
