Click on "Services - Internetbanking"

Click on "Zugangsvoraussetzungen" (Access requirements).

It says:

"Betriebssystemvoraussetzungen:
Basis für das DiBa Internetbanking und Brokerage ist ein 32-Bit-Betriebssystem

    * Win 95, Win 98, NT, 2000: Die Nutzung ist möglich.
    * Windows XP war zum Zeitpunkt der Entwicklung noch nicht auf dem Markt,
eine Nutzung können wir nicht garantieren. Die Nutzung ist allerdings
erfahrungsgemäß möglich. Einen Support können wir nicht anbieten.
    * Apple und Os2 Produkte: Allein mit einer Windowssimulation ist eine
Nutzung unter Umständen möglich. Eine Garantie oder einen Support können wir
nicht anbieten.
* Linux oder andere Betriebssyteme: Die Nutzung ist unter Umständen möglich.
Eine Garantie oder einen Support können wir nicht anbieten, da das
Internetbanking nicht dafür getestet und entwickelt wurde. "

Translation:

"OS requirements:

The base for DiBa Internet banking and brokerage is a 32 bit operating system.

guarantee that usage is possible. Usage is nonetheless possible according to our

Bitte überprüfen sie die Browsereinstellungen wie folgt. Aktivieren Sie alle
Java Skript Funktionen, so wie Cookies. Sollten Sie dennoch keine oder nur eine
unzurechende Darstellung des Internet Banking erhalten, arbeiten Sie bitte mit
einer der obengenannten Browserversionen."

Translation:

"Browser requirements:

The Internet banking has been developed for IE until version 5.02 and the
Netscape until version 4.78. Only for these versions we can offer support. If
you use another version of these browsers or a browser of another vendor, there
may be rendering problems. Please check your browser settings as follows.
Activate all  Javascript functions, as well as cookies. If you nonetheless

Now click on "Zugang" (Access). A new window will be opened. 

I enter my data there and click on "Anmelden" (login), but nothing happens.

They seem to be w3c aware, as the homepage does work, even the menus and scroll
thingies... so they should be receptive to comments...

To recreate the bug:
Go to https://banking.diba.de -> The login-window pops up
Enter an arbitrary 10-digit number into the "Konto-Nr/Depot-Nr" field (eg
0123456789). Enter an  arbitrary 6-digit number into the "PIN" and an
10-digit number into the "Identifier" field. 
Then, click on "Anmelden". Nothing happens.

Now, try the same with Netscape 4.78 : you will get an "invaild account/ invalid
PIN" error message.
