Show the "Browser Console" of Firefox in a tab for a "all in tabs"-policy.
I assume you really mean the Browser Console and not the Browser Toolbox, because the Browser Toolbox requires a separate Firefox instance and therefore can't be placed in a tab. Sebastian

It is actually frequently useful that the browser console is in an independant window.
We would need some argument to justify the value of having it in a tab.

Note that, you can spawn a "browser toolbox" in a tab by loading about:devtools-toolbox?type=process&tool=webconsole.
But do not use anything around the debugger, or you might easily freeze your browser!
