Steps to reproduce:
Open "Browser console" (Ctrl-Shift-J)
Actual results:
Console opens in a popup window
Expected results:
I would expect the browser console to dock/remain on top just like the web console (Ctrl-Shift-K) does. I use the console constantly while debugging/developing extensions. It is very tedious to have to restore the console whenever it looses focus.
