1374178 - stylo: Add support for -moz-window-transform[-origin] to Stylo

These properties were implemented for non-stylo Gecko in 1370034. They're used by chrome stylesheets, and will need to be supported in stylo before we can start using stylo for chrome stylesheets.

Manish is working on refactoring transform value type in servo/servo#18750, which would be a blocker for this bug. He said he's going to finish it today.
