Details
Once AWS provisioner no longer guards worker type definitions behind scopes (i.e. when bug 1375199 is resolved/fixed), we should be able to change the "AWS Provisioner" interface in the tools.taskcluster.net portal to provide full access to the worker type definitions to all users.

Just an update: this still cannot be done until bug 1375199 has been completed.
