this somehow got into perma failure after https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&revision=af9a8cebd43fb23822be25c5d4d065d5e9e195b8 the merge from inbound to m-c landed.

Gijs pointed out that bug 1295761 might be related but that push was green 

Also m-i was green before the merge so it seems something is bad interacting after the autoland and m-i merge on the m-i cset side.

Mike, gl: could you take a look since we don't know whats going on here ?

Test was updated recently in bug 1374784. That update was backed out today, but the backout didn't seem to help.
