User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0
Build ID: 20170627030209
Steps to reproduce:
Menu>Help>About Nightly> updated it. Clicked to restart the browser to finish updating.
Actual results:
It won't install the update. The "Restart Nightly to update Nightly" button is still there in About Nightly window.
When the browser restarted to install the update, it didn't restore the opened tabs. History>Restore Previous Session is inactive.
Reddit Enhancement Suite addon doesn't work.
Clicking inside a login field on Reddit no longer shows the username. The password filling feature doesn't work.
Addons expansion button next to menu button doesn't work.
I tried finishing the update with Add-ons Disabled.

Someone else just posted this https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/6jtfuq/nightly_20160627_breaks_after_removing_search_bar/
"Nightly was very much broken for me today - even with new profiles. Session restore doesn't work anymore, customize is empty, Sync isn't displayed in the hamburger menu. So after a lot of testing I found out it happens after removing the search bar from the UI (via customize), what I always do. "
A solution was offered here https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/6jtfuq/nightly_20160627_breaks_after_removing_search_bar/djgv1pz/
"It can be fixed by editing UI state via pref and restarting.
Find pref browser.uiCustomization.state
Find where there is this bit: "urlbar-container","reload-button","stop-button"
Insert searchbar by adding this immediately after: ,"search-container"
Check it's correctly separated by a comma
Restart
Or you can edit prefs.js to do this when Nightly isn't running.
Seems like the searchbar doesn't need to be immediately after stop-button."
