In this morning's build, folders in the mail 3pane are behaving
strangely.  Opening an account doesn't show all of the folders in that
account.  Opening another account makes the folders from the other
account show up.  Opening subfolders don't show any folders and then
they suddenly appear a few seconds later or when another folder is
clicked on.

If I back out your changes from 9/13, this goes away.
