With an iPad Pro 10.5 running iOS 10.11 beta open Firefox (using beta build 4299)
Open a page, attempt to select text (either in a web view or an input form), it doesn’t work

I confirm this bug. I'm on iOS 11 Public Beta 3 and I can't Copy web content. I only have the option to "Find in Page".
Confirmed here as well. It also seemed to be an issue on public beta 2. Updating today to beta 3 did not help unfortunately.
This seems to have been exacerbated by public beta 4, as it's hard to even select text now (and when it is possible, it still only allows "Find in page").

PR fixes the Cut/Copy/Paste options are not available in the UIMenuController menu.
Changing this bug to remove the "selection", and getting up the selection menu. This is now covered in Bug 1393428.
