Alright, powering down wikimo1.dev.webapp.scl3.mozilla.com - renaming to wikimo1-old.dev.webapp.scl3.mozilla.com and will start spinning a new wikimo1.dev

Alright, it's up.
1CPU, 1GRAM, std 40g disk.
puppetized.
The -old box is off, but can be powered up pretty quickly if needed.
Also, took a snapshot - will pester in a couple weeks about that.
Let me know if you need anything.
