I think rather than waiting for the overlay to load properly we should just disable the onboarding entirely on mozscreenshots (although we may want to write a screenshots test for the onboarding?). I assume there's a pref for that.

If its related to the notification bar animation, we will remove it soon

Ah, that might solve it without removing! Can you please make this depend on the remove-the-animation bug? Thanks!
