1. Enable native titilebar and menubar
Actual Results:
Tabbar, Menubar and native titilebar background color are same
Expected Results;
Tabbar and Menubar background should be grayish color instead of windows10 accent color

I vote against this bug.
In my opinion, you should let the Tab bar and Menu bar with the Windows 10 accent color, because it looks a lot better.

They are supposed to be the same color, duh! The bars are supposed to blend, as it was the case since Aero.

This was actually done to solve paint lag in bug 1379268.
