STR:
1. download any file
2. click on the download icon on the toolbar [A list with the last downloaded file should popup]
3. open containing folder for that file, delete the file
4. do step 2 again
5. Click "Show All Downloads"

AR:
At step 2 you should see a list of your downloaded files with folder icons beside them that helps to find the downloaded file's location, at step 5 the folder icon should not be there, which is totally fine.
At step 5 a library window should open up and you should see the same list of your downloaded files, but this time they still have the folder icon to open up file location but they are already deleted.

ER:
At step 5 the library window should not have the folder icon beside the deleted files. This confuses a user.
This window should follow the popup from toolbar.

[See screenshot attached]
Doing this in advance for all items is probably quite complex, as noted in bug 1069134.

We can however do this for the items that have been selected and for which the file existence check was executed. We didn't do that before to keep the interface consistent, but now we already display a "file moved or missing" label, so this reason doesn't apply anymore.
