In the mail filter setup, one can either specify to "move to folder" or to mark/change-priority/label/... a message.. all these other "actions" should be additional to moving an email to a folder .. e.g. i have some low-priority spam, which i want to move to a folder, and THEN mark it as unread and low priority! This would be a nice improvement..
