I think there are at least 69 remaining failures that need to be triaged in the list:
36 failures tagged as "New failures need to be triged later"
33 failures tagged as "Fuzzy" except multicol (not sure if these failures need to be further triaged)

Based on bug 1362255, we need to further triage the remaining or new
failures in failures.list.

This failures.list file (in our old clone of upstream reftests into our reftests directory) no longer exists, because layout/reftests/w3c-css no longer exists.

This work was essentially completed in bug 1423971 (via its dupe-target bug 1490969).
