Actual results:

parapara.mozlabs.jp is operated by Mozilla Japan. Because of organization change, the server will be operated by Japanese community. In this bug, we will discuss how we will make the transition.

FYI: parapara animation is used to learn animation on the Web.

Expected results:

1)Domain 
"mozlabs.jp" domain is owned by Mozilla Japan employee. The ownership must be transfer to MoCo.
 
2)DNS server
Currently, Mozilla Japan runs DNS server. For transition, there are 2 options.
Option 1) WebDINO Japan will operate DNS server for Japanese Mozilla community.
Option 2) MoCo will operate DNS for Mozilla community.

For option1), just change registered primary DNS server for the domain. Current primary DNS server is ns0.mozilla.or.jp.

For option2), MoCo need to set up a DNS server, and configure mozlabs.jp zone for community.

3)Web server and network
 Japanese universities and companies has been donating the resource for Mozilla community. No change will happen.
