13846 - Crash OK'ing a New Card in Personal Address Book

Using 19990914 build on win98 (still need to test this on Mac and linux) and a
Migrated profile (mine), OK'ing a New Card for the Personal Address Book will
crash.

0. Migrate your personal account from 4.x
1. Launch your account using  -profile manager
2. Select your account and click Start
2. Select Address Book from the Tasks menu list
3. Select the Personal Address book (I saw no cards listed, meaning my address
book didn't migrate)
4. Click New Card and fill in FN, LN and email address.  Click OK

Result: Crash
Expected:  The card to be saved.
