Steps to reproduce:
In the current Nightly (56.0a1), HTML tooltips are displayed in the wrong position within the WebExtensions sidebarActions API.
Dev Edition is correctly displayed.
Actual results:
Tooltip is displayed far away from the pointer.
Expected results:
Tooltip displayed beside the pointer.
