1385503 - move src to the other side of the commit url in symbol links

Source urls are still wrong; we shouldn't strip `src` since it's part of the in-repo path.

Attachment: Bug 1385503 - Correct rust srcdir url again.

The 'src' subdir needs to be part of the path *after*
the blob/commit_id section of the url, so we need to
no strip it from the prefix when we match.
